The deal, in plain words

You log in with a magic link sent to your email, or with Google or Discord. There's no password.

One account per person. Extra accounts to collect more free blox aren't allowed, and we may close them. You can't sell or hand over your account.

Anyone who can read your email can log in as you, so keep your email account safe. If you think someone else got in, tell us at [Contact email].

Blox are what you spend to build in Thumblox. They have no cash value. You can't swap them for money, sell them or move them to another account.

• On the free plan, your free blox top up to 2 once a month. They don't roll over: if you have 1 left when the month turns, you get 1 more, not 2.
• Blox from paid plans and packs don't expire. When you build, free blox are used first.
• Every action shows its cost in blox before you press it.
• If a build fails on our side, its blox come back to your balance automatically.

Paid plans and packs aren't on sale yet. When they open, Stripe handles the payment and you can cancel a plan any time. [Refunds, cancellation and the EU right of withdrawal for paid plans and packs]

Many people on Thumblox are teens, so everything you make here has to be safe for that age group. Don't use Thumblox to make or share:

• sexual content or nudity
• gore or graphic violence
• hate symbols, or anything that attacks people for who they are
• the likeness of a real person without their consent
• anything else that isn't safe for teens

Also don't try to get around our checks, flood the service, or use Thumblox to break the law or someone else's rights.

We check every prompt before any blox are spent, and a blocked prompt costs nothing. Checks can miss things, so you're still responsible for what you make and share.

Anyone logged in can report a shared build. Our moderators can hide builds and ban accounts that break these rules.

You can use what you make in your games, as thumbnails and icons, and in your videos. Thumblox doesn't claim ownership of the images you make.

The images come from an AI model, so someone else can get a similar image from a similar prompt. We can't promise that yours is one of a kind.

Only upload references you have the right to use, like your own avatar, your own art or screenshots of your own game.

To make and store your builds, you let us process your prompts and uploads and send them to our AI provider. We keep them in your account until you delete them or your account. [Licence terms for content you upload and share, from legal review]

Your builds are private. Nothing goes to the public gallery unless you share it, one build at a time.

Anyone can see a build you share. Other players can Remix it, which copies only its prompt and style, never your references or uploads. Deleting a build takes it out of the gallery.

Every image you export carries metadata that marks it as made by AI (the IPTC digital source type “trained algorithmic media”), so it's clear how it was made.

Thumblox is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Roblox has its own rules for thumbnails and icons. When you upload Thumblox images there, they apply too.

You can delete your account any time in Settings. It stops working at once, and your profile, builds, uploads, blox and likes are removed. Unused blox go with it. Download your data first if you want a copy.

We can pause an account that breaks these Terms. A paused account can't build, share, like or report. If a paused account is deleted, we keep a hashed copy of its email so it can't sign up again. [How to appeal a pause or ban]

The Privacy policy says what stays for a while after an account is deleted.

If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we'll ask you to agree again in the app before you build. If you'd rather not, you can delete your account.
