Logging in
Magic links, Google and Discord.
It can take a minute. Check your spam or junk folder too.
Still nothing? Ask for a new one on the log in page. You can ask for 3 links every 15 minutes.
Each link works for 1 hour, and only once. If you asked for more than one, use the newest. Older ones stop working.
Some log ins have to finish in the browser that started them. Open the link in the browser where you asked for it, or ask for a new link in the browser you're using now.
Yes, pick one on the log in page. You still tick the box to confirm you're 13 or older and agree to the Terms first.
Thumblox is for players 13 and up. We keep only that you confirmed it and when, never your birthday. The Privacy policy has the details.
Blox and builds
Costs, refunds and sizes.
The free plan tops you up to 2 blox once a month. Unused free blox don't roll over. Blox from paid plans and packs don't expire.
You see the cost before you press Build. A thumbnail costs 1 blox at 1920×1080, 2 at 2K and 3 at 4K, a game icon 1, an item icon 1, a texture 1, a clothing template 2 and a sound 1.
An edit costs 1. Boost is free, up to 30 a day. See Pricing for plans.
Yes, automatically. If a build breaks on our side, its blox go straight back and your counter ticks up. You don't need to ask.
Every prompt is checked before any blox are spent, so a blocked prompt costs nothing. We block sexual content, gore, hate symbols, real people's likeness and anything else that isn't safe for teens. Try rewording it. The Terms list the rules.

Images download as PNG or JPG, already at the exact size. Sounds download as MP3.
Your account
Your data, your name, and deleting it all.
Open Settings and press Download my data. You get a file with your account, builds, blox history, likes and the reports you filed, plus links to your files that work for 24 hours.
Open Settings, go to Delete account, type “delete” and confirm. It's gone at once and can't be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy.
Open Settings and change it under Profile. It can be 1 to 40 characters.
If you logged in with Google or Discord without going through the sign-up form, or the Terms changed, we ask once more before you build.
A paused account can't build, share, like or report. That happens when a moderator finds something that breaks the Terms. If you think it's a mistake, email [Contact email].
Safety and reports
When something in the gallery isn't right.
Every shared build in the gallery has a Report button. Pick a reason, add a note if you like, and send it. A moderator looks at it and can hide the build or pause the account.
Report it and pick real person as the reason. Using someone's likeness without their consent isn't allowed. You can also email [Contact email].
